surma (“killing, (voluntary) manslaughter under mitigating circumstances”)
tappo (“voluntary manslaughter”)
murha (“murder, voluntary manslaughter under aggravating circumstances, premeditated and/or brutal”)
If negligent homicide is caused by gross neglect, it is called törkeä kuolemantuottamus (“grossly negligent homicide”).
