== English == === Etymology === Borrowed from Greek σουτζούκι (soutzoúki), from Turkish sucuk (see also: Georgian ჩურჩხელა (čurčxela, “churchkhela”)). Doublet of sujuk. === Noun === soutzouki (uncountable) A dry, low-fat, spicy sausage from Greece and Turkey.
