One who snoozes; a sleeper.
(colloquial) Something that is boring, uninteresting or unremarkable; something that would tend to induce sleep.
(UK, obsolete, thieves' cant) A thief who steals from hotel rooms while staying as a hotel guest.

A snoozer, though, was a criminal who focussed exclusively upon stealing from hotels. Snoozers were looked upon as being the aristocrats of the criminal world during much of the nineteenth century.
