Synonyms: combopill, SPC (often specifically) Any of a class of such pills for reduction of cardiovascular risk, some for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in healthy people and some for secondary prevention (preventing strokes and heart attacks) in those who already have cardiovascular disease.
