== Finnish == === Etymology === Originally a synonym (or rather a dialectal variant) of mursu (“walrus”) (see it for more). Before detailed information about the elephant spread to Finland, it was only known as a big, thick-skinned animal with handsome tusks, hence the initial confusion.
