== Swedish == === Etymology === kebab (“kebab”) +‎ tallrik (“plate”) === Noun === kebabtallrik c A doner meat and chips (UK), gyro fries (US), halal snack pack (AU), meat on chips (NZ); a fast-food dish often consisting of doner kebab meat, chips, friggitello and a fermented dairy sauce (kebabsås). ==== Usage notes ==== It is often served with some kind of small bread, but it is not served in a bread. See kebab med bröd (“doner kebab”). It is in many ways similar to a kebabsallad, but here with mostly french fries instead of lettuce. While in many ways similar to Australian halal snack pack, it is far from certain that a kebabtallrik is halal certified.
