== English == === Verb === count out (third-person singular simple present counts out, present participle counting out, simple past and past participle counted out) (transitive, of a person or factor) To exclude; to dismiss from participation or eligibility. (transitive) To enumerate items while organizing or transferring them. Coordinate terms: count off, read off, read out (transitive, boxing, wrestling, professional wrestling) To determine that a competitor has lost a match, by a referee's enumeration aloud of the increments of time for which the competitor has been incapacitated. (transitive) To declare adjourned, as a sitting of the House, when it is ascertained that a quorum is not present.
