apteekki

Ultimately from Ancient Greek ἀποθήκη (apothḗkē, “repository”) and a doublet of boutique and putiikki. === Pronunciation === IPA(key): /ˈɑpteːkːi/, [ˈɑ̝pt̪e̞ːkːi] Rhymes: -ɑpteːkːi Syllabification(key): ap‧teek‧ki Hyphenation(key): ap‧teek‧ki === Noun === apteekki pharmacy, drugstore Alternative form: apoteekki ==== Declension ==== ==== Derived terms ==== ==== Related terms ==== apteekkari ==== References ==== === Further reading === “apteekki”, in Kielitoimiston sanakirja [Dictionary of Contemporary Finnish]‎[2] (in Finnish) (online dictionary, continuously updated), Kotimaisten kielten keskuksen verkkojulkaisuja 35, Helsinki: Kotimaisten kielten tutkimuskeskus (Institute for the Languages of Finland), 2004–, retrieved 2 July 2023
