Replaced Dutch begroting (“budget”) by Komisi Bahasa Indonesia as published on Kanpō/Berita Pemerintah No.38 Year III Month 3 (2604) in 1944.
Semantic loan from Japanese 定款(ていかん) (teikan, “articles of incorporation; company statute”, literally “determine + section”) for the sense of rule.
