From 𒌅𒆰𒌈 (tukultum, “trust”) + 𒀀 (aplum, “son”) + 𒂍𒊹𒊏 (Ešarra, “temple of the god Ninurta; the House of Totality”), meaning "my trust belongs to the son of the Ešarra temple," that is "my trust belongs to the god Ninurta." Semantically identical with Tukultī-Ninurta.
