Hennig, on old maps may be known as Satanazes, St. Luis and Salirosa, as a result of misspellings of its name, although the real islands were probably discovered somewhat after the Satanazes name occurs for the first time, being only hypothetical before it. === Proper noun === Savage Islands An archipelago of the Atlantic Ocean, a part of Portugal. The main island of the archipelago is Selvagem Grande.
