Alteration of America with Cirebon "mamang" (uncle); mamak (“maternal uncle”), in mockery of America's superpower status over other countries as an "uncle" (as the personification of the country); or association with Ricca Rahim's character, Rika, as Rhoma Irama's lover in a 1982 movie, Sebuah Pengorbanan ("A Sacrifice") and later, his wife in real life. Mostly likely popularised to avoid being hidden by social media websites' algorithms.
