== English == === Etymology === Described by the French physicians Maurice Klippel and Paul Trénaunay in 1900, and the German-British physician Frederick Parkes Weber in 1907 and 1918. === Noun === Klippel-Trénaunay-Weber syndrome (uncountable) (medicine) A rare congenital medical condition in which blood vessels and/or lymph vessels fail to form properly.
