== Translingual == === Etymology === Borrowed from Latin aporia and Ancient Greek ἀπορία (aporía, “difficulty; impossibility”). Comprised of ἄπορος (áporos, “passageless”) + -ῐ́ᾱ (-ĭ́ā). Further from ἀ- (a-, “not”) + πόρος (póros, “passage”), the latter of which is from πείρω (peírō, “to pierce; to run through”).
